Dragonlance is a campaign where heroic and epic, character-driven moments happen constantly. This adventure puts you at the center of a large-scale invasion where your characters play no small part in taking sides and fighting alongside regiments of soldiers. The adventure is defined by it's combat encounters where the choice between saving an NPC and leaving them for dead will determine the path the adventurers will be put on next. If a character COULD have been there to show the PCs a secret path but instead died in a conflict earlier in the adventure, then a different door to the story's progression will open instead and that one will close. You'll be trekking all over the countryside and responding to a draconic army's invasion of your homeland. It is not a totally horrific portrayal of war, but the outcome of some encounters may lend to that vibe.

Dragonlance, as a setting, also heavily inspired Final Fantasy, a series of video games that spawned around the time Dragonlance did in the early 90s, late 80s. With this in mind, expect Black, White and Red mages, airships and possibly a yellow feathered friend!

Steve also has done the fantastic job of incorporating the companion board game into the virtual tabletop giving you a unique experience.
